Refund / Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Jyri Tengström on byjtengstrom.art and jyritengstrom.com are non-refundable.

Returning a physical product and canceling an order

It is not possible to cancel the order after the order has been confirmed, as the contract concerns goods that are manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements or clearly to suit personal needs. The condition restricting the right to cancel the order is in accordance with section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act (30.12.2013 / 1211).

To return an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your product on at info@byjtengstrom.art. We will only accept order returns if products are faulty or damaged so please check your order carefully before submitting it. 

Returning a digital product and canceling an order

After ordering, your order is automatically transferred to our system, so you are responsible for your order and it cannot be canceled. When buying a digital product, the product packaging is opened the moment the product is ordered. By ordering, you have accepted these terms of purchase. After ordering, the product cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged.

E-publications and digital products therefore do not have the right of return.
